The review was at a good pace & I was fully informed at each stage of the review
I like how I was encouraged by the nurse to express myself freely & we talked about the history of my stoma experience as well as how things are now...
The review was conducted in a sensitive way, which came across as polite & kindness.
Very friendly, knowledgeable - gave explanation of what could be the problem, then examined stoma. Explained course of action to be taken. Reiterated if there were any further problems, we shouldn’t hesitate to call for help/advice.
All was good ta !
Couldn't be improved on.
A very useful and informative discussion with LLynne and sympathetic listener to my various problems.
